Meet the Doctor
Megan L. Mayo, DDS
Dr. Megan Mayo grew up in northern New Jersey and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from St. Michael’s College in Colchester, VT. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. After graduating, Dr. Mayo returned to Vermont to complete a General Practice Residency at UVM Medical Center (formerly Fletcher Allen Health Care).
Dr. Mayo moved to Saratoga Springs in 2007 with her husband, Kerry. Prior to Saratoga Dental Arts, she was in private practice in Greenwich, NY for 14 years. She is excited to continue Dr. Mathiesen’s commitment to providing exceptional dentistry to the Saratoga Springs community.
Dr. Mayo is committed to quality, conservative dental care. She regularly attends continuing education to further her knowledge of dentistry and to provide the best possible care to her patients. She has attended courses with The Dawson Academy and Spear Education in order to offer patients comprehensive dental care. Dr. Mayo is a member of NYSDA, ADA and AGD.
When Dr. Mayo is not practicing dentistry she loves spending time with her husband and school-aged children Owen and Olivia. During the summer, she enjoys spending time on Schroon Lake. During the winter, she can be found skiing in the Adirondacks with her family.
